[Resolved] Indian Bank — refund is not credited in my account

I had ordered a t-shirt in amazon on 15 march 2019 and payment was done by debit card. After when i came to know the delivery date as i was not available on that particular delivery date i cancelled my order on that date itself. The refund was initiated by the amazon with reference number[protected] and mentioned that it takes 5 business days to get the amount credited to my account but it was not done and i contacted bank customer service to help me out with the help of the reference number but i didn't get any help from them. So i am raising a complaint regarding this, please take action as soon as possible and make my amount credited to my account.

Updated by chikkala nikhil I bought hair straightener and returned to amazon and the refund was initiated on 22 of April 2019 with the Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is[protected] of 319 rs. Yet I didn't get my refund.
