Indian Bank — refund issued but amount not credit in account

Dear sir, i have ordered a product from amazon and have returned it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on 07.02.2019, and the reference no is:[protected] but amount has not been credited in my account till date, and i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. Please look into the matter at the earliest..

Amount has been debited last month end till yet not refunded to my bank account. Online Customer Complaint Reference Number is : IBCWE[protected] - Indian Bank
Rectify my problem soon.
