Indian Bank — Refund issued but not credited in account

I have to get refund of Rs. 489+599+682 /-from ecommerce site Flipcart through PAYU. The company said that seller had processed the refund on 26 October 2022 and it should have been credited by 1 November 2022. But Bank didn't credited the amount of refund in my account till date. Please help🙏
