Indian Bank — Refund money not credited in my bank account

I have purchased personal care products from amazon.in and they delivered the product and I received the incomplete combo set. I complained about this to amazon customer service and they refunded the money of Rs. 911 and they shared the refund reference number with me. With help of the refund reference number I asked to the Indian bank staff, but they told me that there is no refund received from amazon. Still I didn't received my money back. Pls look into this and give back my money.
