[Resolved] Indian Bank — refund not conceived

I have ordered 2 items from amazon and returned it, they initiated the refund but i have not recieved it till date i contacted them but they said me to contact the bank as they have initiated the refund but bank is unable to track the refund, they provided the 2 refund reference no. :[protected] and for other:[protected], plz make it asap as i am facing a lot of problem due to this.

Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
