Indian Bank — refund not credited (amazon)

My name is shiren kumar and i have cancelled a product on amazon on 24th july (Redmi 8a dual for rs.7405) and 28th july (Vivo u20 for rs.12095) (Two products) and still i havenot yet received any refund from the bank, as the amazon made their refund process on the same day of product cancellation and the reference for both the product is

So kindly help me in this regard as the money has been stuck in the bank for almost a month.
