My refund from amazon is not credited to my account yet. As per the details provided by amazon they have done the refund on 9th april, 2019 and mode of transaction was reversal method with reference number - 212360. I have contacted to the indian bank customer service to enquire on refund status and they have asked me to lodge a customer complaint on indian bank website. When i tried to lodge a complaint in the website under the section spgrs the website seems down. Attaching the response from the amazon and the screenshot of the spgrs site as well.
