I had ordered a mobile from paytm on 19th may. Paid the amount of rs. 7745.72 through indian bank rupay debit card.
Due to some reasons, had cancelled the same on 20th may. Paytm had immediately issued a refund. But ever after so many days, and following up with indian bank customer care, and [protected]@billdesk.com, my refund is not processed. I have also logged an online complain at indian bank website.
