Indian Bank — refund not processed to my account

Amazon issued refund to my account on aug 19th. Today is 29th aug 2019 and i have not received amount in my account. Contacted indian bank customer service but they asked me to write a complaint by visiting the branch. I did that but they say there is no transaction found. Refund reference num : YIA32TBX0000JYFCSD65. Amount : 6, 307 rupees. I'm sure the refund is stuck with the bank. Please check and process it to my account.
