My name is Maheshwaran and I had ordered 2 products on Amazon india for Rs.46998 on 29 June 2020 but I cancelled it within an hour due to personal reasons and i got the mail that refund was processed on 29 June from amazon and today it's 5 july and I still haven't received the amount in my bank account. Amazon sent this reference no.30005401820181132371657 and 30005401820181132371657 and told me to file charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have this policy.
So please respond to this complaint..it's very urgent
