Indian Bank — Refund not received since 10 days

I had ordered a few products from Daniel Wellington(Order ID- CT10039959IN) and had returned them to get a refund of INR 6, 458.30/-. They successfully initiated the refund and it was processed on[protected] but it hasn't been credited into my account by Indian Bank since then. I have written a mail to Indian Bank but they aren't replying to it. Also, Indian Bank's customer care executives are saying that the bank's branch near me will tell me the status of a refund, but when I go to the branch, they tell me to contact the customer service for the status. It has been so many days and no one from the Indian bank is telling me the status or why the refund hasn't been credited into my account yet.
