Hello. I had purchased a product from amazon and canceled it on march 6th. They said the refund had been initiated on march 7th itself. It takes usually just 4 to 5 business days. But i have not got the refund yet. The transaction id is[protected]. I have contacted amazon customer care as well as indian bank customer care. They don't seem to suggest the right solution. Why haven't i got my refund yet? Will this be the case for all my refunds? I have two more refunds on their way. Please look into the issue.
