Indian Bank — refund not reflected

I have purchased from myntra online shopping center rs of 702/-. But do not like the product. So i have requested to refund the amount in my accpount indian bank. They initiated the amount on 17 dec which suppose to reflect in my account on 27 dec 2019. But it is not reflected yet i havent recieved. Than i have spoken in myntra they told me trhey already transfer the amount with the reference id :[protected]. They asked me to contact customer support of indian bank i have tried calling to customer support but m not able to conact the cutomer support agent. I callede to branch also but they are not able to help me out in this.

Kindly look into the matter & do trhe needful.
