I purchased an apple i pad pro 11 inch, from amazon india through indian bank debit card. Due to it's late dispatch i cancelled the order and a refund of 63805.00 was processed by amazon on 9/7/2019. The amount was supposed to reflect 18/7/2019 but it hasn't turned in yet. Amazon also shared refund reference number for the item[protected], but when i complain to bank customer support (Which i was informed through mail i should if my account doesn't show the refund), they keep on asking utr number, and are of no help.
Amazon confirms that the utr number and refund reference number are same, as i've called them multiple times. The local branch is not providing any assistance in this matter. Also bank's customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility and asking seperate utr and refund reference number. I need a proper assistance in this matter as 68k is no small amount.
