I have recharged a mobile phone for rupees 399 for twice totally 798rupees through amazon pay but due to some issues recharge have not done but money from the bank i mentioned above have been credited and i just call to the amazon customer care service they said they have initiated the refund and it can be take maximum of 5 working days but still my money is not credited

Arabian hut for 485/- .amount has been deducted from my account.but the shop didn't receive it .kindly revert my amount to my account.
