Indian Bank — refund of failed transaction amount of rs. 1158/-

I am k. B. V. Brahma rao, indian bank, vishnupur branch (Ifsc code: idib000v089) sb a/c no.[protected] from bhimavaram - 534 202. I have tried to recharge to videocond2h and used debit card transaction for payment of rs.1158 on july 31st 2017. The transaction was failed but the amount is debited from my account. I did a complaint online and i got a phone call in the last week from bank. But there is no solution given by bank yet now. So please help me out to solve this. Its rs.1158. I have mentioned my transaction details below.
