Rupay debit card was used for transaction at igloo cafe (Kolkata, behala) which amounted to ₹910 but the payment was not received by the pos machine (Cafe) whereas the amount was deducted from my card with the general message. On checking my current balance, it even showed ₹10 less than the amount remaining after deduction of ₹910 which is an incomplete transaction since no payment has been received from their side. So kindly refund the respective amount back into my account as soon as possible.
