Indian Bank — refund problem

Respected sir,
On 25.3.18, i made a payment of rs.1513.28 for jipmer entrance exam fees via net banking. Transaction failed at last step but amount debited in my bank account.
I enquired with jipmer they asked to wait for 15 days to get refund but till now not refunded. Again i contacted them, they suggested me to contact your bank to get refund.
I attached the statement from 25.3.18 to indian bank. But there is no response from the bank after i mailed many times.

Booked train ticket in NCJ Express train on 23/4/2018 through PAYTM[protected]/paytm/to an amount of Rs 470/-but not received ticket in my e-mail kindly process the same with Irctc or refund the amount to my Indian bank account
