Indian Bank — refund status( amazon send money but not deposited in indian bank)

Sir,
i have purchased calculator on Dt: 27 march 2019 and i have Returned on Dt: 30 march 2019 Due to defected item i got, But till now amount didn't credited in my account. And i many times approached to bank and Amazon Care but no use they just said that money has sended by amazon under the transaction no;[protected].
please do needful
