Indian Bank — regarding amazon order

I have ordered a charger in amazon and again returned it but still i didn't get the refund amount, amazon have already approved and initiated the, i have also got the reference number, kindly help me to get my money. I went to my branch and they didn't respond to me effectively. Their response is not good. Kindly refund my amount to my bank account. It has been 2 weeks ago the amazon has initiated the refund but still i do know what happened kindly do so and help me to get my money.
