Please be informed that you have to teach your staff how to behave to customer & we are not going to branch to see their attitude as we are going to branch to get better service. Since last three week am enquiring about my new atm card but inappropriate response from them when i enquire to courier service they said 14 th jan has delivered. If your staff are incapable of managing atm card delivery why ur not directly sending to home address. I would like to to express extreme disappointment & dissatisfaction regarding chithara branch (Kollam, kerala) services & attitude toward customer
