Indian Bank — regarding my refund for amazon which is not reflected in my bank account

Address:Plot no. 47 "mahek" opp. Blueberry swaminarayan nagar 1 raghuvanshi chowkdi rawalwadi bhuj kutch, Kutch, Gujarat, 370001

I order the hand towel from amaozon and due to some reason i cancelled it so refund was initiated on 22 june 2019 and they told that i will get my refund within 5 buisness days its already been 6 buisness days yet refund is not reflected in my account and when i asked the amazon they gave me this refund refrence number:

And told me that i should contact bank but bank is not willing to help so what should i do now the refund is of rs 579 please help me with these
