Indian Bank — regarding refund status related amazon order

I ordered a product on amazon.. They initiated the refund to the indian bank... But indian bank not responding. Many days are over still i was unable to get my refund. Amazon.in order :[protected] and the transaction i'd[protected] please highlet the issue and help me and resolve these types of problems. This is the most common problem where people are facing with bank.. We hope you people help us from your side. Amount related to this refund is 1369.
