Indian Bank — Rs.17500 / imps done via mobile banking as amount debited from my act but not credited to beneficiary | |||||
Name : nirmal m act no:[protected] indian bank tirumangalam branch, chennai i have done an imps transaction for rs.17500 dt 18.12.2020 via mobile banking and when otp enetered to complete transaction, i recvd an error pop up . But the amt was also debited from my abv act but was not credited to beneficiary act. I have regd a complaint online yesterday, but still no response. Trans ref no:[protected] dt 18/12/2020 - rs.17500 complaint ticket no:[protected] now we really hesitate to do any transactions from indian bank . So unpredicted and un responsive.
