Indian Bank — Rupay refund not received after 14 days

Good morning.
I paid one excess luggage at the counter of Chennai airport for 14447 INR with my Rupay Debit Card but the payment got rejected because they don't accept the Rupay payment but the money get credited in my account. At the airport they gave me void sale tickrt that the amount get refund but I am waiting for 14 days now the money still doesn't get debited in my account. Please help me.
