Indian Bank — Service denied at branch | |||
Hi, I recently I have opened savings account in Indian Bank for my grand mother and I asked them to map/link mobile number to ease of services. However, they directly denied on face stating we won't map mobile numbers for aged people. For the same I checked with Indian bank helpline and they confirmed that there are no such rules. Is this the service and response a bank can provide to customers ?? and why this kind of falsifying information passing to us.
