I purchased a pack to shirts from amazon by paying the amount online that is 649. I have returned the product on 17 april '19 and till date i haven't received my refund i called amazon customer service several times they everytime told me to fill this charge dispute form which i have not heard about it before they provided me the refund reference number and told me to show it in your bank i showed but bank says we have no concern with this reference number they said amazon has not yet sent any refund to the bank
Please solve my issue

I ordered in flipkart and i canceled the order but i didn't get the refund money .refund reference number QUR[protected] on 19/04/2019 kindly consider it and do the needful
