I had ordered a product from Amazon and returned the product on 25th of January but i have not yet received my amount 649. I have contacted both the Amazon customer care and the Indian Bank customer care service they aren't able to track my amount. I even visited the Bank Branch twice but nothing satisfactory has been done. what shud i do?

The railway ticket booked online is cancelled by us...but we didnt receive the refund of rs890..pls check through the matter. It is almost a month. Still we didnt receive refund
