Indian Bank — Staff are arrogant

I have an account with Indian Bank for more than 8 years. When the minimum balance that is required to be maintained is raised it should be intimated to the customer, which is not done. At least when you are going to fine that person 2nd time he should be informed atleast by sms which is also not done.
Next the staff who is in the Trivandrum branch where I am having an account asked why did I take an account, I don't understand if have account with some other bank then should I not have account with Indian Bank??. They treat me like an enemy. They don't know mannars.
