Indian Bank — subsidy amount still not credited

I am amit kumar mittal my
Loan a/c is :- [protected]
Bank name : indian bank
Branch name : tonk road branch jaipur

Please check my subsidy status. Not receive subsidy yet!!
My loan tenor 01 year completed and indian bank team not provided me quality services!
I have contacted indian bank officials many time but not given clear clarification so i am complaining here.
It is request to you that credit my subsidy asap.
