Indian Bank — such a rude behaviour by the officers and not interested in doing their work

I am having a savings account in indian bank, aggarwal market, muzaffarnagar, u. P. 251001. I opened my account in january 2017 but the entire process was completed in march 2017. I applied for atm and internet banking at that moment but still not processed. Every time when i asked for it, sometimes they say come next time or you havn't applied it yet. No one shows interest to hear the query of a customer

Such a rude and lazy staff i have ever seen. I got my atm now (In september). Muzaffarnagar has only one indian bank atm and that atm is never been in working condition, always out of service.

I have a very bad experience with indian bank. I wish higher officials should have a surprise visit so that they can see the reality of this branch.
Such a pathetic experience. Soon going to close my account, already many people did, because of their attitude towards customers.

Updated by Deependra Kunwar After having a brief and clear conversation with the branch manager and staff members, all my issues has been resolved now. All the things have been cleared.
