Indian Bank — tds not reflecting in 26as

Dear sir,
I am bhoomi and have a sb acc in your algappa road branch. I am facing tds issue from past 8 months and everytime i contact branch, the abm of the branch just keep things postponing and call me after few days. This abm mrs chitra keeps postponing the work and ends up in arguing with the customer. Its been 8 months now and i contact branch in every 2 days for the same issue. She keeps asking me different documents every time after me submitted all the documents when asked, the work is delayed and i asked for the refund she tells me to contact and visit zonal office. Which i feel is not right. I feel customer satisfaction should be a prime moto of the branch and i feel this is not happening in this branch. Please help me with the issue as soon as possible

Paid Rs.6600/- through SRN H21194139 MCA payment through internet banking on 13.10.2018...The form got expired, so amount is refunded by Ministry of corporate Affairs...but the amount is till not credited into my account..Kindly do the needfull. Resolved Email received from Ministry of corporate affairs is attached with this compliant in JPG

Hello sir/madam..i am using indian bank mobile banking regularly..from few days..the app is not responding and i am unable to perform some important transactions..i request you to solve this problem as early as possible.
