My name is Shubham and i ordered head and shoulders shampoo 650ml & ponds body lotion 300ml of amount Rs.410. Refund was made on 10 October and told to be credited till 16 October.
Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent and make money to be credited in my account as soon as possible .My card number is [protected] and bank account number is [protected] and ifsc code is IDIB000D092

Refund was made on 10 October and told to be credited till 16 October.
Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute but indian bank doesn't have such policy. And on talk with customer care they just foll customer saying go to bank and on going bank they said there is nothing like that the customer is saying branch manager himself had a conversation with care.
Please make my money refund to my account.
