Indian Bank — the bank is not proving the help with the reference number which amazon provide it to me.

Hi this is sujeeth, customer of indian bank, i am facing issues with the bank that on 10th april i ordered a product from amazon and at the same day i cancelled the product and i got the message that the refund amount has been initiated to my bank account and now its been a week. I didnt recieve my refund amount. Amazon has provided me the reference number and with the help of that they asked me to visit the bank. When i visited the bank they asked me to send an mail to the bank. I sent a mail but i didnt receive any follow up or something from bank side. I am just fed up with this. It is just amount of rs 276. Third image is the proof first and second image was attached bymistakely i am unbale to delete those two images. I want an immediate action need to be taken on this.

Updated by sujeet mallan I am not getting any help from the bank side everytime I have visit the bank for this. I am just fed up with this. Immediate action need to be taken on this. Below added image is false. It was updated by mistakely.
