Indian Bank — The refund balance not credited in my account

Hi

I made a purchase of camera amounting to 46, 999 from amazon on 6/06/20 and refund reference being genarated on 11/06/2020.
Amazon stated that the amount has been refunded back but as of now
No refund amount has been intiated.
Amazon said that bank has not credited the amount and bank says that amazon has not initiated the refund.
Hence requesting to do the needful at priority.
