Indian Bank — transaction failed but money got deducted

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu

I tried to withdraw rs. 3000 from the atm id h0512101, but same have got declined but same amount have deducted from my account. I didn't got any money from atm and amount deducted from my account, account no. [protected] transaction sequence no.[protected].

When transaction is declined how it is possible to deduct the amount from my account. Please look into the matter and solve my problem.

Please refund my money as soon as possible.
