Indian Bank — transaction failure but money cut

I paid my bill (Mpokket app) of rs.1258 and my transaction was a failure and my money got debited as though how many times i register complaint in there website there is no use they don't respond quickly and i also have an other issue on 9th february and refund has been processed on the same but on rs.799.00 and till now i didn't get my refund even after posting complaint for 5 times and i've also went to my branch 4times for it and there was no response till now and 2 months may if there would be no refund my account details:- acct no [protected] ifsc:-idib000s276, sarpavaram branch andhra pradesh
