Indian Bank — Transaction status failed but amount debited from account

I am a customer of Indian bank . I did one rupey card transaction from my account yesterday 22th Feb, with debit card. All the amount debited from my Account but transaction status is failed. There is no refund even after 24 hours. My all money stuck in their system and not able to use it.
