Dear Sir,
I have transferred the amount of Rs.7000 to my beneficiary account on 08.11.2021 through IMPS via IndoAsis App. But the amount has been debited from account and the amount is not credited to Beneficiary account or my account.
Further, I have raised complaint through Phone to Help line but no response and I have raised complaint in Indian Bank CGRC Portal the reply is as follows:
"CLOSING REMARKS : A : Please provide valid NEFT UTR no and transaction date for NEFT transaction. Else please contact IMPS recon or UPI recon or ATM section [protected]@indianbank.co.in / [protected]@indianbank.co.in for IMPS/UPI/ATM transaction."
Based on the reply of CGRC I have sent the compliant to above mail address but No response.
In this regard, The amount have been transferred for hospitality purpose but it is not credited and I am facing Lot of Pressure due to this. Hence, I requesting you to kindly do the needful please.
