Indian bank pollachi had a VERY GOOD reputation earlier and its standard has been brought down by the present staff available. A Abusive and downtrodden cashier named shanmugam who always treats people like workers with his arrogant abusive behaviour, A front desk operator who doesnt know simple english words to print a DD and who takes hours to print a passbook, A manager who doesnt speak local language and not ready to listen ANY COMPLAINTs. Whenever ANY COMPLAINT is raised he directly gives the number of coimbatore control office { for what the ### is he sitting here once he cant solve anything, just eating people money}.Is this the standard provided by the bank to the public. The manager of the pollachi or coimbatore zone is a spineless coward as said by the manager who doesnt adheres to any problems.This type of money eating stupids need to be changed immediately. Better send any person to public review and you will get the behaviours of these stupids.The stupid manager supports the cashier shanmugam for monetory dealings between them.{as said by a customer}.It is a request to maintain the bank's reputation and not to get spoiled by these type of stupids.
