Indian bank pollachi had a VERY GOOD reputation earlier and its standard has been brought down by the present staff available. A Abusive and downtrodden cashier named shanmugam who always treats people like workers with his arrogant abusive behaviour, A front desk operator who doesnt know simple english words to print a DD and who takes hours to print a passbook, A manager who doesnt speak local language and not ready to listen ANY COMPLAINTs. Whenever ANY COMPLAINT is raised he directly gives the number of coimbatore control office { for what the ### is he sitting here once he cant solve anything, just eating people money}.Is this the standard provided by the bank to the public. The manager of the pollachi or coimbatore zone is a spineless coward as said by the manager who doesnt adheres to any problems.This type of money eating stupids need to be changed immediately.
