Indian Bank — very poor knowledge on banking | |||
Today morning i went to indian bank vilakatoon branch, madurai to collect cbcs cheque issued by my wife. When i asked for the cash, the cashier refused to pay money and told to collect from home branch. But i told to him and the branch in charge (Abm) as it is cbcs cheque... Anywhere it can be payable... But they didn't listen to me and make me wait for hours... Finally i have written a complaint letter and abm was not ready to acknowledge... Finally my wife came and have written a complaint for this... That was not also acknowledged... Was this information helpful? | |||
