Indian Bank — Very Worst Customer service | |||
Uthangarai Indian Bank Branch is providing very worst customer service. They keeping gundas (Rowdies) in the bank entrance with stick . also all the deposit and withdraw is happing in outside the street with private agencies. And the agencies looting money from the people No proper guidelines they following and public is struggling lot. Especially when the farmers visiting the bank they not giving respect to them. And also when the Women’s Self-help group applying the loan, all the process is going through NGO (nongovernmental organization). Without NGO loan is not processed. NGO people taking huge commission amount from the Women’s Self-help group. Nowhere recorded / monitored this commission amount. Look like this is one kind of bribe. When we compliant to the bank manager, manager is telling that minimum 2% commission amount we need to pay to the NGO. if officially any processing fees is applicable then why cant they detected from the saving account?
