Indian Bank — we lost insurance amount because deficiency of indian bank service | |||
I am r kalarani living on 10/54, thammanaikanoor, Thirumalaipatty, Sendamangalam, Namakkal-637404, Tamilnadu. Cell: [protected] This address. My husband “ramasamy p” account number: [protected]. Having account on indian bank (Ifsc code: idib000p228, bank code: 228) – puduchatram - namakkal. He was died on[protected]. He was applied the prime ministers insurance plan of “jeevan jothi bheema yajana“ in same indian bank on[protected]. But in bank registered insurance form only on[protected] and made late almost two months to register his insurance from. Because of their mistake, service deficiency and running late we lost insurance amount, not able to claim. I asked bank manager regarding this problem and show original insurance form which my husband applied. But he refused to provide detail. But later i got information through rti.in rti they provided insurance from applied only on[protected] and registered it on[protected]. Rti request bank manager showed insurance form. Even bank manager hide original insurance form and showing some other form, it is not applied by my husband. In another form there is no my husband sign and date. Simply bank put seal on insurance form and showing. If i asked again regarding this to bank manager, but he is not giving proper response and replay regarding this problem. Then i made two times complaint through post and e-mail to zonal officer, and nodal officer of indian bank few months before. But not yet solved. Last six months of period am saying and asking solutions to this problem but not yet solved. So i request you to take action on this and provide proper compensation to me. I have ordered an item through my debit card 15 days ago..next day I cancelled the order..the online company has refunded me amount..but I didn't received my refund of 500 rs to my indian bank debit card .I want my refund money to be added into my bank account
