Today I went to Indian Bank, Ashok Pillar - Chennai Branch with my mother-in-law for activate the account which is not used by her in the last 3 years because she is a old lady. The below problems are faced today in this bank branch within the 2 hours we spend.
1. They treat the customer very rudely, we ask a lady which working there about the problem o[censored]s, then she started to scold us, "why not maintain the account regularly, we are not here to do this type of job, and why waste my time unnecessary, so on, so on...", if this is not her job!! then why she appointed there???
2. There is no knowledgeable persons to solve any online/computer related problems. They shifted the customer from one counter to another counter, we went 4 counters to find a person, why the first counter person not know about this.
3. There is only 2 persons have good knowledge of their work, others are simply sitting and sending the customers to other counters, finally, a person take our problem and try to resolve, but the server of Indian Bank always throw an error. Even the workers ready to work, the Indian Bank server not ready to help their customers.
4. A man came and introduce himself about his deposit in that bank, that he have nearly 1 crore rupees in that branch, then the workers neglect us and start to do service to him, each and every customer is valuable for a concern, if Indian Bank behave like this, then the Bank should avoid the low deposit customers and bank should not allow us to take a account.
And finally, a big problem for all customers is, there is no Fan/AC in that branch, there is no ventilation also, lot of aged customers/kids are suffer a lot but the works have individual table fan for them. Then who is customers for them?? Customers are not slaves...
