Indian Bank — Worst behaviour and attitude of Indian bank staff

I am holding account in erode gandhiji road branch and my account number for your reference is [protected] and due to my family emergency for availing jewel loan I visited your branch ( since I felt something lucky in ur branch bcoz I closed my previous loan than I expected date ) on last Saturday (05.03.22) . Since I have recently got my job in Chennai high court I shifted my home from erode to Chennai and during my shifting process I have lost my Cheque books, Atm card and passbook … when I visited jewel loan counter I was asked to provide the account number so I visited service counter after verifying my identity she provided me with my account number and she asked me the purpose I said I want to avail jewel loan and withdraw cash … for that she said without passbook I can’t withdraw the amount ( Being an ex banker for 8 years in icicic bank I dnt know what’s the link between passbook and withdraw money from my account where I myself visited branch Along with my original id proof ) and when I said I lost my passbook immediately she told me I should give a written request letter to counter number 2 for a duplicate passbook … so I asked her to give me 1 a4 sheet she said that also I can get in 2nd counter … so I went to 2nd counter and was standing there immediately the service counter lady came to that and commented something and at last I noticed only one sentence women is always women … I was not aware at that time ( later I realised ) those lines and comments were about me for just lost of my passbook and chequebook … I was waiting 3 to 5 mins and asked min 5 times to get one a4 sheet but he was sitting like he dnt hear my voice .. so immediately my brother went outside and bought a4 sheets … I wrote a letter and I pledged my jewels and again I was waiting in a queue to get the prefilled forms which is already readily avl in your bank for giving all request in one form …. So my bad luck I was again forced to go to the same 2nd counter and waited in a queue… he attended one customer in front of me and one more customer on the beside of me and I patiently waited until my turn and when my turn comes I asked him to give the request form but this time also he sat like he dnt hear my voice then from back of me my brother asked for the same request then immediately he gave the request … I literally got irritated and went to managers cabin to make a complaint and narrated him about the incident and he said definitely I will advice him mam but not now but separately.. due to his age factor I considered that and quietly came back … after filling the form again I was waiting in a queue to give the form as like previous customers did ( they just handed over the form to 2nd counter), but when my turn comes even though I wrote very clearly that I have lost he was asking why you have written stories what happened to your passbook and cheque book he posed a question to me …. I told him pls read my request letter completely … then he told me get a sign from nearby counter mam but he dnt insist for the other customers ( for others he himself got the request and kept near to the next counter mam for approving ) … so I again went to the next counter and waited in a queue and after asking nearby customers permissions finally I got the madams sign and again mam told me to give that sir but the moment he told me to see the next counter he went for lunch … when my brother inquired on that mam about the timing of that 2nd counter sir return back she said he will come around 3pm I was surprised lunch timing is 2 to 2.30 but how come 3pm he will return back … immediately I went to managers cabin and I narrated all the incident that was happened and informed him that to just handover the request which that 2nd counter employee volunteerly made me to wait as if I did a blender mistake I cannot wait and insisted manager to handover the request on behalf of me ..
But he signed the request and gave me back by saying since he dnt have permission to do my request he has approved my request so that I can wait and give back in 2nd counter … then literally I got angry and asked one simple question to him, I can understand that you can’t do but as a manager can’t you insist your employee to do this request … then he accepted the request …
1. Is losing a passbook, cheque book and Atm is that much biggest crime according to your bank ???
2. I heard without cheque book, withdrawal can’t be possible but how come in ur bank without passbook I can’t able to withdraw money even if I had brought my original id proof and myself visited ur base branch ???
3. Why the initial service counter lady and 2nd counter officer commented on me loudly about losing of welcome kits ??? Am I looking joker to them or is this is the way of your staffs behaviour to the customer ????
4. Why 2nd counter service person volunterily made me to visit the next counter for signing where he dnt asked the previous customers to do so ????
5. Why he denied giving an a4 sheet for writing a written request letter ??? Is it a banks instructions to the branch not to give the sheets to customers ???
6. When the prefilled form is readily avl for requests why that service counter lady insisted me to give a written request letter??? Dnt your service counter staffs have that basic knowledge about this ????

I need a proper explanations for my questions along with a hand written apology letter with sign from that 2nd service counter employee of your erode Gandhiji branch and the service counter lady who attended my query first and commented on me …
