Indian Bank — wrong account

My PAN number is used in Indian Bank Mealcauvery, Kumbakonam. where in I dose not have Indian Bank account and not opted any loan from Indian Bank.
Same has been addressed to Indian Bank, kindly find the below account and loan details which dose not belong to me.

We acknowledge the receipt of you mail regarding the misuse of you Pan details in our Branch for Availing Jewel Loans. On verification the said Account Holder Mr. Karthick Son of Vadivel has not submitted pan card for his account Opening nor availing Jewel.
Further telecom by the Branch Manager with you regarding this the pan details given by you is not available in any of our Bank records. So we request to verify the Quality of the details in CIBIL from the vendor.
