Indian Bank — Wrong debit of a failed transaction of rs 2100

I had effected an online transaction through mobile banking neft
on 2 feb with transaction id sb[protected]
for rs 2100
the amount was debited from my account[protected]
but not credited to beneficiary and transaction history shows failed now
registered online complaint with
id 10028473 on 4 feb
no response so far
and no reversal so far
please resolve immediately
