Indian Citizen — to provide proof of delivery v (pod)

Respected sir,. I am arup kumar bera, living at panagarh bazar, pachim burdwan, debipur, wb - 713148. I sent a amazon product as a return via indian speed post whose tracking id is ew[protected]in, to the following address -
Sarrah enterprises. C/o landmark premium. 79 jail road near icecram parlour,. Ratlam madhya pradesh - 457001
Tracking id shows that it has reached to flowing address but amazon is refusing & they are demanding for proof of delivery. So please provide a photocopy of pod with seal & signature of speed post centre as a confirm delivery. Please help me. Thanking you.
