Indian Customs — parcel delivery from us via usps not received

Had ordered for breast pump parts from the us which had been dispatched from los angeles on 31st march 2019 for delivery to kolkata (700040), india.

The parts were dispatched via the us postal service with tracking number ua[protected]us.
The product is either detained with customs department or indian postal service. With 12 days gone, i still have no way to track the item or even know for sure if the item is misplaced or lost or on its way.
Please help track the parcel, provide details on status and expedite delivery.
