I have sent Rakhi gift to my nephew in Australia order no 1095230 on 30th July 2017 still today the order has not been delivered. The site promised to deliver the item by 4th of August. With so many complaints over phone to ipg.com and there courier partner Aramex the item has not been delivered. this igp.com and Aramaex both are not serious about delivering the gift. I need the refund as this site failed to deliver my item. i paid 1372 just for courier charge. i need refund total cost 1965.2. Was this information helpful? | |||||
